4 ways to lose weight

since its now summer. we'll be heading out to the pool or beach soon!

and there are some pretty easy breezy ways to slim ourselves up and add some confidence to ourselves.

one, drink water. and i mean lots of water. distilled, cold water straight from the refrigerator with ice. why? water is the most important thing to have on a daily basis. you are supposed to be drinking about 8 glasses of water a day. and drinking lots of water flushes out your system and keeps you hydrated.
Ice cold water helps burn fat also. your body is a heating system trying to keep warm and drinking cold water will definatly be the force against it and calories will be burn in that process.

two, meaning. keep away from salty foods. and never ever drink water afterwards. that would result in water weight.

three, workouts that make you sweat.
working out so hard means that you are sweating out the toxins from your body. in that case, you are also burning fat!
Some ways are making a dance party in your room.
Jumping jacks! And even incorporate them into the dance party! woo hoo, double speed!
bike rides from here to there.
jogging.
you get the idea!

four, limit starchy carbohydrates and stick to protein rich foods. And eat lots of fruits and vegitables!. basic.
