Strawberry Orange Soup!

Something that both kids and adults enjoy while getting your intake of fruit
which will contain a great source of Vitamin C, B12, Magnesium, Dietary Fiber, Potassium, Thiamin, and Beta Carotene!

Strawberry Orange Recipe:
1 pint of Strawberries, hulled
1/2 cup non-dairy heavy cream (used MimicCreme)
1 cup plain Coconut Milk Yogurt (Turtle Mountain- So Delicious)
1 Orange
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup Stevia Sugar (or 3 Stevia packets)
1/4 tsp ground Ginger

Blend Ingredients together until smooth in a blender
Chill for and 1 hr (or freeze for 1/2 hr) before serving!

Makes 2-3 servings

Can put more or or less Stevia, depending on taste

  1. This really sounds good! I love using So Delicious Coconut Milk Beverages and Creamer in all of my baking, but I hadn't thought of using them in soup. Great idea! Thanks!
